Kyle Okposo is a former professional ice hockey forward and respected leader within the hockey community, whose 17-year National Hockey League (NHL) career exemplified competitive excellence, professionalism, and sustained performance at the sport’s highest level.
Selected seventh overall in the 2006 NHL Draft by the New York Islanders, Okposo went on to play more than 1,050 regular-season games with the Islanders, Buffalo Sabres, and Florida Panthers, amassing 614 career points with 242 goals and 372 assists.
