A prospective, multi-year observational registry — tracking real-world clinical outcomes after authentic Dezawa MuseCells® administration across osteoarthritis, orthopaedic, pain, wound-care, and longevity indications, with a 5,000-participant target and five-year follow-up.
The LSI / CL2020 trials were conducted by Life Science Institute, Inc. (a Mitsubishi Chemical Group subsidiary) between 2018–2023; Mitsubishi discontinued the CL2020 program in February 2023 as a corporate-strategy decision unrelated to safety or efficacy. Published results remain valid and form the human-evidence base of the Dezawa MuseCells® lineage. Claims are based on published studies of authentic Dezawa MuseCells®; only cells originating from MCI's manufacturing ecosystem carry the safety and clinical characteristics reported.
