Ashley Francis, BSN, RN, is a U.S.-trained Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of experience spanning critical care, clinical operations, regenerative medicine, and longevity healthcare. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts and becoming licensed as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts, Ashley built her career at some of the United States' leading academic medical centres and Level I Trauma Hospitals, including Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Keck Medicine of USC in Los Angeles. Her background includes surgical, medical, cardiothoracic, neuro, and pediatric intensive care, where she developed extensive expertise managing complex, high-acuity patients while serving as a charge nurse, preceptor, and clinical leader.
Over the past several years, Ashley has continued to build on this U.S. clinical foundation while working in the United Arab Emirates as a Dubai Health Authority Registered Nurse. Applying the knowledge and expertise gained through her U.S. training, she has been at the forefront of longevity and regenerative medicine, leading the development of clinical operations, education programmes, and implementation strategies for internationally recognised healthcare organisations. Her experience combines world-class critical care nursing with the practical application of emerging regenerative therapies, enabling her to support healthcare providers in safely integrating innovative technologies into everyday clinical practice while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Ashley is passionate about translating emerging regenerative technologies into safe, practical clinical applications by supporting healthcare providers through education, implementation, and ongoing clinical partnership.
